Browser-only preview
This edition has no connected backend. There is no real account authentication, AI, OCR, payment processing or message delivery. Document search and rule-based invoice processing happen locally. Demo passwords are not verified or stored.
Choosing Save stores extracted source text or results in this browser’s local storage (up to 20 items / approximately 1 MB of JSON text). A demo profile stores only a name and email. These are not encrypted, account-isolated or synced. Anyone using this browser can access them. Do not enter sensitive information. Delete saved items and the demo profile separately in Tools → Saved. Clear session only clears working inputs.
The cookie acknowledgement is kept locally too. No AI-provider requests are made by this edition.
What is available today
FlowMint is a static, browser-based workspace. Documents searches local text; Invoice to CSV extracts labeled fields for manual review; Writing supplies editable templates; Saved keeps explicitly selected work in this browser. There is no real authentication, live AI, automatic OCR, billing or message delivery.
Use your own authorized content
Only process documents and information you are allowed to use. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment-card details or confidential information on shared devices. Scanned PDFs need text extracted with another tool before they can be searched here.
Review every result
Keyword matches may be irrelevant. Invoice rules can miss or misread values; review every record before exporting. Drafts are templates, not verified advice or generated answers. No reply is sent, no refund is approved and no accounting entry is posted automatically.
Local storage and limits
Working inputs are kept in this tab until cleared or reloaded. Explicit saves are limited to 20 items / about 1 MB of JSON text in this browser. They are not encrypted, account-isolated or backed up. You are responsible for exporting work you want to keep and deleting local data when appropriate.
Availability and deployment
These tools are supplied as a frontend preview, without a guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. No hosted paid plan or service-level agreement is offered in this package. The site operator must review applicable terms, privacy disclosures and hosting configuration before public commercial launch.
