Browser-only preview
This edition has no connected backend. There is no real account authentication, AI, OCR, payment processing or message delivery. Document search and rule-based invoice processing happen locally. Demo passwords are not verified or stored.
Choosing Save stores extracted source text or results in this browser’s local storage (up to 20 items / approximately 1 MB of JSON text). A demo profile stores only a name and email. These are not encrypted, account-isolated or synced. Anyone using this browser can access them. Do not enter sensitive information. Delete saved items and the demo profile separately in Tools → Saved. Clear session only clears working inputs.
The cookie acknowledgement is kept locally too. No AI-provider requests are made by this edition.
What happens to your documents
Text-based PDFs, TXT and Markdown files are read locally in this browser. Document search uses keyword matching; invoice extraction uses local rules. These tools do not send document text to an AI provider or app server. The hosting provider may still receive normal page and asset requests.
What is saved, and where
Only an explicit Save action stores extracted text, search results, invoice records or drafts in this browser’s localStorage. Original files are not stored. The limit is 20 items / about 1 MB of JSON text. Saved work is not encrypted, account-isolated or synchronized. Anyone using this browser may access it.
Your choices
Clear session removes current working inputs, not saved items. Open Saved to download or delete saved work. Clear a demo profile separately in Settings. Deleting browser data may remove saved work permanently; there is no cloud backup. Downloaded files must be removed from your device separately.
Demo profiles and contact previews
A demo profile stores a sample name and email locally; it is not an authenticated account. Demo passwords are not verified or stored. The Contact form creates a local message preview only: it does not send email or create a support ticket.
Tracking and future services
This supplied frontend has no analytics SDK, advertising pixels, payment processing, live AI, cloud storage or automatic OCR. The cookie acknowledgement is a local browser preference. Any future services require a new data-handling review and updated notices before launch.
Backups and importing data
Library exports are unencrypted JSON downloads containing saved text, invoice fields and drafts. They exclude original files and the optional demo profile. Import previews are held in memory until you choose Add backup items. Import merges validated records without replacing existing IDs and checks the current 20-item / 1 MB JSON-text limit before writing. Failed validation or a failed storage write leaves the existing library unchanged. Imported invoices must be reviewed again before CSV export. Downloaded files remain on your device after deleting browser data.
Storage full or blocked? Download a library backup, delete items you no longer need and try again. If stored JSON is unreadable, use Download raw recovery copy before resetting it. A recovery copy may require manual repair and is not guaranteed to be importable.
